Ralph Lauren is seeking a Sales Ambassador to create premium lifestyle experiences for clients in our Florida store. You will leverage product knowledge and a refined aesthetic to build lasting client relationships and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes personal outreach, adaptability for remote and in-store customers, and collaboration with teammates to uphold the brand’s standards and policies while contributing to store success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to Lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools is preferred

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, showcasing product knowledge, and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Strategize personal business growth to boost productivity through wardrobing, outreach, and clienteling.
• Drive sales by supporting the team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Provide guidance and coach Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors.
• Develop genuine connections with customers and align recommendations with preferences.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Adapt product presentation for remote vs. in-person customers.
