As a Sales Ambassador, you will leverage product knowledge, nurture lasting personal connections, and contribute to the store's success while upholding the brand's standards and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to move around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around chemicals.
• Lift and climb up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Operate the register and maintain stamina for long shifts.
• Flexibility to work day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive sales by supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and upholding brand standards.
• Coach team members to deliver customer-centric behaviors and build relationships.
• Develop genuine connections with customers and align product recommendations with preferences.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs and utilize key tools to drive performance.
• Adapt styling approaches for remote vs. in-person customers and leverage CRM tools to support clienteling.
• Participate in store initiatives and community outreach while maintaining RL visual standards.
