Job summary

Cartier in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to act as a Maison Ambassador, achieving sales targets and delivering a premium client experience across all touchpoints. You will participate in daily boutique operations, CRM initiatives, and events, while maintaining product knowledge and Cartier standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail or service, a college degree (preferred), and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years luxury retail or hospitality experience.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target.
• Provide outstanding customer service and greet and acknowledge every customer.
• Assist after-sales clients when needed and support boutique operations.
• Adapt approach to meet client needs and motivations.
• Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
• Support CRM initiatives and in-store events with management.
• Participate in inventory, merchandising, and daily back-stock tasks.
