Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work weekends. SAP/MS Office proficiency is a plus, with a passion for Cartier’s brand and client relationships.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in a client-focused environment.
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• Strong product knowledge and timepiece awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to greet and assist clients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service, greeting clients and ensuring a premium boutique experience.
• Assist after-sales clients when dedicated staff are unavailable and maintain Cartier service standards.
• Cultivate client relationships and participate in events to grow the client book.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, merchandising, inventories, and back-office tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
