Job summary

Cartier in Aventura, FL seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional Cartier client experiences and drive sales. You will manage relationships, greet customers, and support daily boutique operations while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends. Training and travel opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients and delivering Cartier standards.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through proactive CRM initiatives.
• Understand security and operational policies for the boutique and brand.
• Assist with daily boutique setup, merchandising, inventories, and back office tasks.
• Support in-store and offsite events and ensure a seamless client experience.
