Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of timepiece movements; computer and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and provide outstanding service throughout the client journey.
• Develop client relationships, capture client information, and support client events and follow-up.
• Assist with boutique operations, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and special projects.
• Address client concerns and stay current on industry news, competitors, and product knowledge.
