The role requires a strong service mindset, product knowledge, and a genuine Maison ambassador with the ability to travel for trainings and events.

Candidate should have 2–5 years in luxury retail, be available on weekends, and hold a college degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
• Technical skills: Computer and MS Office Savvy; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sales Achievement: consistently meet/exceed monthly sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Client Relationship Management: cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture data for follow-up.
• Daily Boutique Operations: assist with setup/breakdown, merchandising, inventories, and special projects.
