Job summary

Cartier in the United States invites an Ambassador to join our luxury boutique team. You will consistently achieve sales targets, proactively develop your client portfolio, and ensure a unique client experience across all touchpoints from greeting to after-sales support.

You will cultivate relationships, manage CRM initiatives, assist with daily boutique operations, and participate in events. A college degree and 2–5 years luxury retail experience are preferred; weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and/ or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain Cartier standards at all times.
• Develop and nurture client relationships; capture data for follow-up and CRM initiatives.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, merchandising, and inventory processes.
• Support after-sales clients and participate in in-store and off-site events.
• Remain informed about industry trends and compete with other brands while upholding Cartier image.
