Job summary

Brobston Group in the United States seeks a Maison Ambassador / Sales Associate to achieve and exceed sales targets while developing a premium client portfolio and delivering a distinctive client experience.

The role supports boutique daily operations and participates in events, with travel for training as needed. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, plus familiarity with SAP and MS Office, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, as well as other retail hours and occasional travel for training and events.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge and additional language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide exceptional service throughout the client journey.
• Build new and existing client relationships, maintain accurate client records, and resolve or escape client concerns.
• Support in-store and offsite events, boutique setup and breakdown, merchandising, inventory, and daily operations.
• Follow security and operational procedures and stay current on industry news and competitors.
