Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements; computer and internet proficiency and MS Office experience required.
• Strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for trainings and events.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets while providing attentive, knowledgeable service throughout the client journey.
• Build and maintain client relationships, capture client information, and support follow-up and relationship-building initiatives.
• Resolve client concerns and collaborate with management on events and client plans.
• Support boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and other daily operations.
