Job summary

Brobston Group represents the Maison in the boutique, delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving sales targets. You will develop client relationships while supporting daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, building client relationships, maintaining client records, and participating in client events, while staying informed about industry news and competitors.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience.
• Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, with travel for training and events.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency; MS Office and SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide outstanding service throughout the client journey.
• Build client relationships, maintain accurate client records, and resolve or elevate client concerns.
• Support boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and special projects.
• Stay informed about industry news and competitors and participate in client events.
