Job summary

Kallmeyer is seeking a Sales Associate for our New York boutiques at 1022 Madison Ave and 83 Orchard St. You will deliver an elevated client experience, build a strong client book, and support daily boutique operations.

The role emphasizes personal styling, clienteling, and staying current with Kallmeyer collections and fashion trends. You will process transactions with the POS, assist with merchandising, and maintain boutique visuals in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with clienteling and client books is a plus.
• Strong sense of personal style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe guidance
• Build, maintain, and actively develop a personal client book
• Conduct consistent client outreach to drive engagement and repeat business
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop strong knowledge of Kallmeyer collections and current fashion trends
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management
• Maintain visual and organizational standards of the boutique
