• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
• Utilize Client Journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions
• Establish and maintain client profile records
• Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude
• Maintain product knowledge on all collections using training resources
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and maintain visual standards
