Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or beauty.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and clienteling abilities.
• Comfortable working on a commission based compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling consultations to clients on the retail floor.
• Build and maintain a client book through outreach and follow up.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission targets.
• Process transactions and handle cash wrap responsibilities.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to drive store performance.
