Job summary

1 Hotels Group is seeking a passionate Rooms Training Manager in a luxury Miami Beach setting to lead onboarding and development for the Rooms team. Qualifications

• Passionate about hospitality, learning and development, and delivering exceptional guest and team member experiences.
• Minimum of 4 years in a comparable training, learning and development, Rooms, or hotel operations role, preferably in upper-upscale or luxury environments.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Hospitality, HR, Learning & Development, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hotel operations, service standards, and training quality assurance.
• Experience with luxury service rating programs or quality assurance organizations (Forbes, FHR, Virtuoso).
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, and development of the Rooms team to ensure consistently exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Rooms leadership and People Operations to identify training opportunities and design effective learning programs.
• Elevate service standards and embed 1 Hotels values and culture through structured learning.
• Measure training impact using metrics, feedback, and quality assurance results.
• Manage multiple training initiatives with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
