Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Rooms to lead and optimize all aspects of the Rooms Division. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement across departments, ensuring every guest interaction reflects Rosewood’s commitment to exceptional service.

You will serve as a key operational leader, mentoring teams and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality at the property.

Qualifications

Experience leading luxury Rooms Division operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services and Reservations.
Strong leadership and talent development capabilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of all Rooms Division departments, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and Rosewood standards.
Partner with department heads to drive operational excellence and financial performance.
Mentor and coach leaders and associates to foster accountability and growth.
Serve as Manager-on-Duty during evenings, weekends, and special events.
Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services and other departments to deliver seamless luxury experiences.
