• Clear thinker; remains calm under pressure and solves problems with good judgment.
• Works well independently and in a team, with a positive and respectful attitude.
• Confident using hotel reservation systems and skilled in suggestive selling.
• Understands guest confidentiality and handles sensitive information with care.
