Job summary

Starwood Hotels seeks a seasoned Director of Rooms to lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services and Front Drive, delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences and operational excellence.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization, develop high-performing teams, and ensure alignment with brand standards and Starwood’s vision and values across the Rooms Division. Minimum 5 years of leadership and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a Rooms Division.
• University degree in Hotel Management or related discipline.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization experience.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and implement improvements.
