Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within a Rooms Division, including Department Head or Division Head roles
• University degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline preferred
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic improvements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all Rooms Division departments, ensuring luxury service from curb to pillow
• Lead and embed service excellence initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and online reputation
• Oversee guest recovery and problem-resolution during the guest stay
• Manage annual Rooms budget, capital planning, and long-term strategic plans
• Collaborate on revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR and profitability
• Lead talent planning, recruitment, onboarding, and development across the Rooms Division
