Job summary

Delano Miami Beach is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and related areas. Under the supervision of the Floor Supervisor, you will re-sheet beds, sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure VIP amenities are prepared for arrival.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in a guest-facing role at an upscale hotel, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a guest-facing role, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
• Warm, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform daily housekeeping tasks.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to standards.
• Re-sheet beds daily with fresh linen and replenish supplies.
• Record serviced rooms on daily worksheets and report unserviceable rooms.
• Ensure VIP amenities are replenished and presented daily.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
