Job summary

Delano Miami Beach is seeking a Public Area Attendant to keep all public spaces impeccably clean and guest-ready. You will support housekeeping, maintain restrooms, lobbies, and corridors, and ensure supplies are stocked and rooms are tidy throughout shifts.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a luxury hospitality environment, with year-round indoor/outdoor duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a public contact role preferred in upscale or lifestyle hotel.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all public restrooms and areas to hotel standards.
• Conduct regular restroom inspections and restock supplies as needed.
• Collect, fold, and stock towels; return soiled linens to laundry promptly.
• Dust, clean, and wipe surfaces in lobby and public areas; manage trash.
• Assist guests, handle inquiries and requests, and report issues to housekeeping.
