Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, stocked guest rooms in accordance with brand standards.
• Replenish towels, linens, and amenities for each room.
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items promptly.
• Protect guest privacy and follow security procedures.
• Assist guests with special requests and supervise/involve in lobby or public areas as needed.
