Job summary

LOEWE is seeking a Team Leader to join its Valley Fair team in San Jose. This role will assist in the day-to-day management and mentoring of our Client Advisors as well as develop and maintain a strong personal client business to elevate the experience for new and existing clients.

The Sales Supervisor will partner with the Store Manager to ensure key results, both quantitative and qualitative, are being met by the Client Advisors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in retail environment
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisor/department manager role
• Proven experience driving positive customer interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Client Advisors to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Develop and maintain personal client business and drive sales.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve key performance metrics.
• Ensure coverage and adaptability to a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
