Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition/recruiting, luxury retail or consumer brands preferred.
• Experience recruiting for corporate and retail/field populations.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Proven ability to partner with senior-level stakeholders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with HR leadership to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Recruit for corporate, retail, operations, and leadership roles.
• Develop strong talent pipelines for high-volume retail and corporate roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, networking, referrals, platforms, and industry contacts.
• Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Track pipelines and hiring metrics; manage multiple requisitions.
