Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years related recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functional lines.
• Proficient with MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, Oracle CRM.
• Ability to lead executive recruitment and partner with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop inclusive hiring processes spanning job descriptions to interview panels.
• Lead recruitment strategies for executive roles and build a future bench.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to tailor approaches.
• Partner with teams as talent advisor on sourcing, assessment, and closing.
• Build partnerships and exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Deliver elevated candidate experiences both virtual and in person.
