Job summary

Moncler in New York is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for our retail markets, partnering with Retail Leadership, HR Business Partners, and store leaders to attract top luxury talent. You will build pipelines, implement sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience reflective of the Moncler brand.

This role requires 3+ years in retail recruitment and a strong understanding of luxury retail operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 1–2 years supporting entry-level through mid-level retail recruitment.
• Experience recruiting store leadership positions strongly preferred.
• Luxury retail recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned retail positions from entry-level through mid-level store leadership.
• Partner with HR and Retail Leadership to identify upcoming hiring needs and staffing priorities.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across internal pipelines and external platforms.
