The role requires 2+ years in retail leadership, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office. You will lead by example on the sales floor, manage POS and inventory, and drive omni-channel initiatives to grow loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management or floor leadership experience.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and lead the team to meet KPI targets.
• Build client relationships and deliver exceptional in-store and after-sales service.
• Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory tasks.
