Job summary

Kate Spade New York is looking for a Supervisor to support store leadership and create a customer-first, high-energy sales environment. You will drive store productivity, coach the team, and ensure adherence to Kate Spade service standards on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes client development, after-sales experiences, and a strong focus on operational excellence, including cash handling and inventory wellness, with opportunities to lead in omni-channel and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• 2+ years in a retail service environment with leadership experience.
• Education and experience combination will be considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPIs while leading the team to achieve targets and improve efficiency.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and excellent service.
• Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS operations to maintain accuracy.
• Lead omni-channel initiatives and live-stream/shopping experiences; promote brand-safe social media.
