Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is hiring a Retail Supervisor to deliver outstanding guest experiences through expert service and product knowledge. You will supervise retail operations, manage inventory, and coordinate shipments across outlets, while maintaining a clean, compliant stockroom and supporting promotion rollouts.

Competenze

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within a hotel or hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications and POS systems.
• College or university degree in a related discipline is considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with cross-department cooperation.

Mansioni

• Deliver consistently professional, friendly customer service in retail operations.
• Coordinate and oversee inventory counts across retail outlets and schedule staff.
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and submit documentation.
• Manage shipping and receiving with accurate documentation and invoicing.
• Ensure SKU assignment, ticketing and stockroom organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe storeroom and support promotion rollouts.
• Organize employee sales events and coordinate restocking.
• Support communications and cross-location promotions.
