Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, inspire, and retain top talent; coach and develop team members to maximize performance and guest service.
• Lead by example with guest-focused operational decisions and memorable holiday experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and event readiness while managing labor costs and expenses.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and resolve guest concerns, vendor issues, and maintenance requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention practices.
