Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy sales floor, elevate service, and drive profitability. You will coach the team, manage client relationships, and ensure flawless in-store execution while championing omni-channel initiatives and brand standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, recruitment support, and the ability to balance tasks across opening/closing, inventory, and customer engagement in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• 2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems
• English language proficiency (for EU) and flexibility with scheduling

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Build client relationships and ensure in-store and after-sales experiences; drive VIP retention
• Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment and onboarding
• Open/close procedures: cash handling, deposits, register operations, security
• Drive omni-channel and live-stream selling; promote brand-safe social media engagement
• Lead data capture to grow loyalty and repeat purchases
