Kate Spade New York seeks a Supervisor to empower a high-energy, customer-first sales floor. You will drive performance through coaching, recruitment support, and daily operations while modeling brand standards and exceptional service.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll lead by example, manage opening/closing, POS and stockroom duties, and nurture client relationships for VIP retention. Expect a flexible schedule in a luxury environment with growth opportunities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive store productivity and profitability through team building, coaching, goal setting, client development, and adherence to kate spade new york standards.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and elevate service, selling behaviors, and operational excellence.
• Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Provide feedback to store leadership on individual performance and development needs; advocate for the team.
• Foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse culture that empowers teams to thrive authentically.
• Open/close procedures: cash handling, deposits, register operations, and securing the facility.
• Process POS transactions and inventory functions to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain organized stockroom; direct replenishment for availability on the sales floor.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping.
• Promote brand-safe social media engagement and trend awareness.
• Lead customer data capture to grow loyalty and repeat purchases.
