Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to create a customer-first, high-energy sales environment on the floor. You will drive store productivity through coaching, goal setting, client development, and brand standards adherence.

Lead by example, elevate service, and manage opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, and inventory. This role emphasizes omni-channel selling and data-driven improvement in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• 2+ years in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and social media literacy.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to meet KPI targets; analyze metrics to improve results.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service standards.
• Model brand service behaviors and elevate selling and operational excellence.
• Coach team on goals, support recruitment and onboarding, and provide feedback.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse culture and ensure compliance with store procedures.
