Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail management or floor leadership role.

• Strong English proficiency and luxury/premium retail exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPI performance for the store and team.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of associates.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and store policies.
