Lafayette 148 seeks a stylist to represent the brand, build a loyal client base, and help achieve sales goals by offering expert product and wardrobe advice.

You will deliver memorable in-store experiences, plan client appointments, inform clients about events and new deliveries, and support store operations and merchandising.

The role requires outstanding customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in premium to luxury selling environment.
• Existing client base/book preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing available technology.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holiday schedules.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintains deep connection with clients and drives repeat business to achieve sales goals.
• Delivers memorable in-store experiences to all clients; plans client appointments to maximize results.
• Inform clients on in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
• Skilled at using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition.
• Possess broad range of product knowledge across all categories; stay informed to maximize selling potential.
• Address a client’s total wardrobe needs across all categories.
• Inform clients on brand services to ensure they can enjoy all Lafayette 148 has to offer.
• Always puts the client first when resolving issues, exceeding expectations.
• Support the operational functions within the store, such as opening/closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards, supporting the training and development of Stylist
