Coach is seeking a customer-focused retail professional to join our luxury team in-store. You will build lasting client relationships, deliver personalized styling, and drive sales through thoughtful recommendations.

Experience with POS systems, social selling, and live streams is a plus. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods is required; you will help maintain a high-energy, polished sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with excellent styling and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain a high energy sales floor.
