You will build lasting client relationships through styling expertise, fashion advice, and omnichannel selling, including mobile POS and social platforms. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or comparable environment.
• Experience with POS systems and mobile POS is preferred.
• Strong command of English, with excellent guest communication.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
• Meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations.
