• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and maintain service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain stockroom and floor readiness; assist teammates as needed.
