Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and achieve sales KPIs while upholding brand merchandising standards.

The role requires hands-on involvement in daily store activities, recruiting, onboarding and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with company processes and financial performance.

You will monitor KPIs, manage inventory, and guide customers in selecting products and services to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail management experience, preferably in a luxury selling environment.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen and ability to analyze KPIs.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and operational activities to meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop associates, providing timely performance feedback and recognition.
• Staff the store appropriately and maintain brand presentation and operational standards.
• Monitor business performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans.
• Maintain accurate product inventory and manage employee relations, including time and attendance and asset protection.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs; perform other store tasks as needed.
