Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• RTW and/or shoe experience is a plus; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and directing day-to-day store operations and policy adherence.
• Coordinate customer service efforts and build local clientele.
• Develop staff through ongoing performance management and training.
• Support product merchandising, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
• Uphold brand visuals and ensure strong knowledge across products.
