Job summary

Orlebar Brown in the US is seeking a Store Manager to lead a premium retail team and execute the sales strategy directly reporting to the Head of U.S. Retail.

You will drive profitability, KPI outcomes and brand experience across our stores, with a focus on luxury service and relationship-building. The ideal candidate has proven team leadership in high-end retail, strong communication skills, and a track record of growing client books and sales in menswear.

Qualifications

• Experience in building, coaching and developing a sales team.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience in high-end retail and luxury menswear.
• Ability to generate sales/footfall during slower periods.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and retain a sales team and assistant manager.
• Drive sales through KPI-focused culture.
• Build and maintain an effective sales team.
• Monitor performance and report to Head of Retail and HQ weekly.
• Grow client base and nurture customer relationships.
• Manage store operations, banking, scheduling, shipments.
• Ensure loss prevention and store security.
• Execute visual merchandising per guidelines.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure adequate stock to drive sales.
• Keep the store looking its best.
