Job summary

Orlebar Brown in Boca Raton is seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team and execute the brand’s sales strategy across the U.S. retail stores. You will drive profitability, manage staff development, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

The role reports to the Head of U.S. Retail and offers potential for rapid growth as the brand expands in the US. A strong background in high-end menswear retail and clienteling is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building, coaching and developing a team.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with strong customer focus.
• Experience in high-end retail, luxury goods familiarity.
• Ability to drive sales/footfall during slower periods.
• Experience building client bases and client books.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, and reporting across systems.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train & retain a sales team and assistant manager in partnership with the management team.
• Drive sales through a brand-led KPI culture.
• Partner with the management team to build and maintain an effective sales team.
• Monitor team performance and report to Head of Retail and HQ weekly.
• Build a client base and maintain relationships at all sale points.
• Handle store operations, banking, cycle counts, scheduling and shipments.
• Ensure loss prevention, security of premises, stock and cash.
• Execute visual merchandising and window sets.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to maintain sales flow.
• Maintain an appearance of the store and team at all times.
