In The Know, a luxury designer sample sale brand, is seeking a Store Team Lead in New York, NY. This full-time, on-site role oversees daily operations, guides associates, and ensures top-tier customer service while maintaining merchandising standards.

You will train staff, manage floor coverage, and help achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in store management and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to train and coach team members and onboard new staff.
• Experience in luxury or designer retail preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise sales floor and maintain merchandising standards.
• Provide guidance and support to store associates and lead by example.
• Address customer concerns and ensure exceptional service.
