Job summary

Moncler SoHo flagship in New York seeks a Store Director to lead operations, client experience, and a high-performing team.

You will drive sales, develop strategies with regional leadership, mentor leaders, and ensure best-in-class execution across the boutique.

This role shapes the Moncler Americas retail network, delivering extraordinary luxury experiences while expanding the client base in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of degree, relevant experience accepted.
• Minimum of 7 years luxury retail leadership; 3 years leading flagship.
• Strong executive leadership, training, client experience, and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SoHo flagship's performance in sales, profitability, and client development.
• Develop store-specific strategies in partnership with Regional Leadership.
• Coach and develop store leadership; recruit and retain top luxury talent.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and development for the network.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute launches and events.
• Ensure best-in-class execution of Moncler standards across operations.
