Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap. You will help maintain stock, process shipments, and support merchandising updates.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, strong English skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with POS systems and basic tech (iPad/laptop, internet).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
