Coach in New York is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store performance through warm, professional service at the cash wrap and on the floor. You will assist customers, process transactions, and ensure a pristine, well-stocked environment.

You should have retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and comfort with POS systems. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS, and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team and management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
