Coach in New York, a global fashion house, is hiring a Sales Support Associate to enhance store efficiency and customer experience. You will warmly welcome clients, assist with purchases at the POS, and help maintain the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, replenishing stock, and updating visual merchandising while upholding loss prevention standards. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience preferred in luxury setting.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Strong attention to detail and organization; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and maintain housekeeping standards per Loss Prevention guidelines.
