Coach in Colorado is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success through warm, efficient customer service and precise operations at the cash wrap. You will help maintain a well‑organized sales floor and assist with stock and merchandising.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll support social media engagement, handle POS transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling in compliance with policy. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Ability to use cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
