Moncler in New York seeks a Sales Support Advisor to elevate the end-to-end client experience across Front and Back of House. You will partner with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to ensure seamless service and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail or luxury client service.
• Ability to engage clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Strong data capture and housekeeping of client information.

Responsibilities

• Elevate client experience across Front of House and Back of House touchpoints.
• Support store operations and product flow with accuracy and care.
• Maintain brand standards and present a polished store environment.
• Collaborate with Store Management and sales teams to meet objectives.
• Assist with tickets for product care services and follow-through.
