Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry portfolio, is seeking a Sales Support Associate in the United States. You will warmly greet clients, assist with purchases at the POS, and help maintain a pristine sales floor while supporting stockroom and visual merchandising efforts.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced luxury environment. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in luxury environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash registers and POS systems.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
